Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for your returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the returned shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we are dedicated in our efforts to ensure each product made is to perfection, we are human non-the-less. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is damaged or just simply doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is outlined below.


Please contact within seven days of receiving your product to initiate a refund. If seven days have gone by since receiving such item, unfortunately we can not offer the refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to reason to our error will not be accepted for return.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming we have received your returned item and your approval or rejection for the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
